Titles are not programs. Ours are.
We design, recruit, and operate structured ambassador programs that run themselves by month three.
- 01Tier architecture design (Gold, Silver, Bronze)
- 02KPI framework and reward structure
- 03Hand-picked, one-by-one recruitment
- 04Onboarding curriculum and weekly reporting
- 05Performance reviews and tier management
What we run, end to end.
Full program design including tier architecture, KPI framework, hand-picked recruitment one ambassador at a time to keep quality high, onboarding curriculum, weekly reporting cadence, and reward structure. Ambassadors earn their tier by output, not by being early or loud. Programs running continuously for 2+ years without restructuring. Each program runs inside the same community-building schemas the moderation desk operates, one shared brief end to end.
How it works.
Design and recruit
Month one is program design and recruitment. Tier structure, KPIs, reward mechanics, and first cohort hand-picked one by one for quality.
Onboard and activate
Month two is onboarding and first deliverable cycle. Every ambassador knows their targets, their tools, and their escalation path.
Operational independence
Month three the program reaches independence. Ambassadors are self-reporting, peer-accountable, and producing consistent output.
40K verified playtest signups generated across a 25-country ambassador network in a single campaign window. Tier-architected ambassadors briefed weekly in their own languages, paid in milestones tied to verified signup attribution. Community handoff to the moderation desk on day one of the playtest, retention compounded straight into the public beta.
