What we run, end to end.
Full event production stack: narrative, venue, AV, speaker booking, KOL coordination, on-site community ops, content capture, and post-event amplification. We anchor every event to a specific operating goal (TGE warm-up, partnership announcement, or narrative reset) and measure it in the weeks that follow, not in attendance numbers on the night.
How it works.
Anchor the room
Week one we set the operating goal the event has to deliver. Audience profile, narrative angle, and follow-up sequence are agreed before the venue is even booked. The room serves the goal, not the other way around.
Build and book
Venue, AV, speakers, KOLs, and regional partners locked. Every speaker walks in with a brief and walks out with a follow-up. Production runs in-house or through agency partners depending on city.
Run and amplify
On the night we run community ops and content capture in parallel. The week after, captured content fuels KOL amplification, PR placements, and the next Monday brief. The room becomes a month of work.
Dubai Esports Festival activation that anchored the Gateway: Showdown playtest campaign. 40K+ verified signups in the weeks following the on-site moment. Speaker programming, on-site community ops, and content capture all coordinated to the same operating brief, with eight weeks of KOL amplification and PR follow-up doing the post-event lift.

The biggest Ethereum week ever to land in Latin America put 15K+ builders, founders, and operators in one city. We didn’t just show up — we ran the rooms. Three side events across the week, each anchored to its own operating brief, closing with 1,000+ on-site activations. Strategy, venue, AV, programming, KOL coordination, on-site community ops — every layer run by a Web3-native team.

The benchmark for community-led event production, run at regional scale.
